Banner Estrella Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Night Shift RN for the Medical/Surgical 6A Orthopedic unit. This 36-bed unit values teamwork and provides a 5:1 patient ratio with a PCA for every 12 patients.

You’ll participate in a self-scheduling tool, enjoy an 18% night shift differential and a $3/hour weekend differential, with 24-hour Hospitalist coverage and comprehensive Banner Health benefits.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care or Orthopedic unit is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
• Ensure safety, comfort and education for patients and families.
