Sealed Air is seeking a Slitter Operator for the night shift to operate and maintain the Deacro Slitter, delivering high-quality products with minimal scrap. The role reports to the Lamination Continuous Improvement Engineer and requires following manufacturing standards, safety, and quality controls.

Responsibilities include machine setup, preventive maintenance, data entry, and supporting changeovers. Candidates should have a high school diploma and slitting experience; forklift certification

Qualifications

• High school diploma; plastics education preferred.
• Slitting machine experience preferred.
• Must tolerate 12-hour standing on concrete.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Deacro Slitter and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform scheduled PM and troubleshoot equipment; report major issues.
• Record quality data in plant systems and maintain 5S housekeeping.
• Schedule raw materials through Oracle WMS and coordinate packaging.
• Assist in changeovers and cross-train as backup laminator operator.
• Maintain and track spare parts inventories and machinery repairs.
