Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read measurement tools and interpret measurements.
• Willingness to train new operators.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain slitting equipment according to procedures and safety guidelines.
• Set up master rolls for slitting to meet specifications.
• Follow Set-up Card/Recipe instructions precisely.
• Perform splice operations to maintain material flow and minimize downtime.
• Implement material handling, identification, segregation, and labeling of materials.
