Job summary

Banner Health Sleep Disorders Center is seeking a night polysomnographic technologist to perform prescribed overnight sleep monitoring studies, including home sleep tests, and to assist clinicians with accurate diagnosis and care. You will ensure high-quality patient care, adherence to standards, and smooth overnight operations.

You will collaborate with a dedicated team of technologists, physicians, and scheduling staff, maintaining documentation and contributing to education and policy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Registry by NBRC as an RRT or NBRC registry proof required.
• BLS certification required.
• 3 years of experience in sleep disorders testing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire artifact-free sleep tracings using modern sleep testing equipment.
• Analyze sleep records and document sleep stages.
• Troubleshoot testing issues to ensure accurate data collection.
• Review medical history and medications to guide studies.
• Assist with department policies, procedures, and quality control.
• Support leadership with scheduling and staff training.
