• Safely move trailers and containers between yard locations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of yard trucks and trailers
• Report equipment issues or maintenance needs
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Detect and minimize safety hazards
• Maintain accurate records and logs
• Understand DOT regulations related to safe driving, hours of service, inspection, and transportation

Qualifications

• Pass background and Motor Vehicle checks, including drug and alcohol verification
• Knowledge of DOT regulations
• No major chargeable accidents
• Valid Class A CDL
