Rite of Passage is hiring a Youth Care Worker - Nights at Tampa Bay Girls Academy in Tampa, FL. You will provide 24-hour supervision to ensure the safety of our youth and support their development during evenings and night activities.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, at least one year working with at-risk youth in a direct care role or 60 college hours, be at least 21, and pass a background check, drug screen, and TB test.

Responsibilities
