Rite of Passage is hiring a Night Youth Care Worker for Hope Forest Academy in Paisely, Florida. You will supervise at-risk youth during night hours and support their safety, health and personal development on our 49-acre ranch-style campus.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 21, and pass background checks. Training will be provided; prior youth experience is a plus. Shift is 7 pm to 8 am with rotating days.

• Treat others with respect in all interactions.
• Strong communication with youth and staff is essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide safety and around-the-clock supervision of at-risk youth.
• Address physical, personal and health needs through counseling and skill development.
• Monitor and document student behaviors and participate in educational and recreational activities.
• Create a supportive, respectful environment for the students.
