Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, or 60 college hours with a valid driver's license.
• Minimum one year working with at-risk youth in a direct-care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour security and supervision to ensure youth safety.
• Monitor and document youth behaviors and activities.
• Supervise youth during sports and recreation time.
• Mentor youth as they learn and develop within the program.
