Starting pay is $19 per hour, with bi-weekly pay. The role involves 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm) and requires a High School Diploma or GED with experience with at-risk youth. Background checks, drug screen, and TB test are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience with at-risk youth or 60 college hours completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour supervision to ensure youth safety.
• Monitor and document behaviors.
• Mentor youth during recreation and learning activities.
