Job summary

Rite of Passage in Miami is seeking a Night Youth Care Worker to provide 24-hour security and supervision for male youth in a residential program. You will monitor and document behaviors, participate in Sports and Recreation time, and mentor youth as they learn and develop within the program.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, or 60 hours of college education, plus a Driver’s License. Night shifts offer a structured environment with opportunities for growth within a committed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience working with at-risk youth in a direct care position, OR 60 hours of college education.
• Must possess a Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour security and supervision to ensure youth safety.
• Monitor and document behaviors.
• Join youth during Sports and Recreation time and assist/mentor youth in development.
