Rite of Passage is seeking a Lead Youth Care Worker - Nights at Fort Myers Academy in Fort Myers, FL. You will ensure 24-hour safety and supervision of youth, monitor behaviors, and support youth during sports and recreational activities.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and leadership experience with at-risk youth. A valid driver’s license and background checks are required. This is a full-time night shift with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience with at-risk youth in direct care or 60 college hours and Driver’s License.
• At least one year in a lead management or supervisor role.
• Criminal background check, drug screening and TB testing required.
• Passage of child and adult abuse registry checks.

Responsabilités

• Provide 24-hour security and supervision to ensure youth safety.
• Monitor and document behaviors.
• Join youth during Sports and Recreation time.
• Mentor youth as they learn and develop within the program.
