Job summary

Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Youth Care Worker - Days at Tampa Bay Girls Academy in Tampa, Florida. You will provide 24-hour security and supervision to ensure youth safety, monitor behaviors, and mentor youth during sports and recreation.

To be considered you should have a High School Diploma or GED, one year of experience with at-risk youth in direct care or 60 hours of college education, be at least 21 years old, and pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and TB test.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience with at-risk youth in direct care, or 60 college hours.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Able to pass criminal background check, drug screen, and TB test.
• Able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour security and supervision to ensure youth safety.
• Monitor and document behaviors and supervise youth during sports and recreation.
• Mentor youth as they learn and develop within the program.
