Responsibilities

• Promote safety and continuous improvement on the floor.
• Assist with preventive maintenance to keep the plant running smoothly.
• Monitor and assist in routine maintenance for efficient production.
• Perform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment and workplace areas.
• Maintain communications with plant staff and operators.
• Welding knowledge applied as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
