Job summary

Veolia Water Technology seeks a Wastewater Treatment Operator to manage and optimize plant systems for purified discharge. You will monitor pumps, motors, valves, and lab analyses while ensuring safe operations and accurate documentation.

You will work on 12-hour night shifts, participate in preventive maintenance, and coordinate with multiple teams to meet regulatory and client expectations. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum education required as stated: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred licensing or certification in wastewater operations.
• Ability to learn, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full operational coverage of the wastewater facility, including 12-hour night shifts.
• Operate motors, pumps, and valves; collect and test samples for quality control.
• Analyze lab data and adjust processes to prevent non-compliance.
• Coordinate with teams and Veolia management for maintenance and operations.
• Complete preventive maintenance and assist with minor repairs.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operation reports for management and regulators.
