Job summary

McKesson Corporation is seeking a Lead Trainer to deliver and improve training programs for our warehouse operations. You will onboard and cross-train staff, certify them on processes and equipment, and maintain training records to ensure compliance and readiness.

You will partner with operations leadership to support workforce readiness, safety standards, and productivity goals while developing new training materials and learning tools for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience delivering training, coaching employees, mentoring peers, or acting as a SME.
• Experience using warehouse technology including RF scanners, WMS, or related systems.
• Ability to maintain accurate training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, cross-training, refresher training, and ongoing development programs across warehouse operations.
• Train and certify employees on warehouse processes, RF scanning, and powered equipment.
• Maintain training records, certifications, matrices, and compliance documentation.
• Conduct on-the-job observations and coaching focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Partner with supervisors and operations to align training with staffing needs and priorities.
• Develop and improve training materials, job aids, and learning tools.
