McKesson Corporation in the United States (Ohio) seeks an Operations Supervisor – Night Shift to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution center, developing an engaged team focused on safety, quality, and on-time service.

You'll direct employees, coordinate with the Operations Manager, coach and onboard staff, and use data to drive performance improvements while upholding company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience with leadership capabilities.
• Experience leading, coaching, or developing employees.
• Ability to work the designated night shift and overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead and provide daily work direction to warehouse employees during night shift operations.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate warehouse activities in partnership with the Operations Manager.
• Coach, train, develop, and support employees while reinforcing performance expectations and workplace standards.
• Interview, hire, onboard, and develop team members.
• Monitor workflow, establish priorities, resolve operational issues, and adjust resources to meet business needs.
• Analyze operational data and changing conditions to make timely decisions and improve performance.
• Identify root causes of operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Promote employee engagement, accountability, teamwork, and a positive workplace culture.
• Support efforts to manage labor, overtime, employee retention, and operating expenses.
• Ensure warehouse operations follow applicable company policies and federal, state, and local requirements.
• Help ensure warehouse equipment and vehicles are properly maintained and housekeeping standards are met.
• Partner with operations leadership to continuously improve safety, quality, productivity, and service.
