McKesson Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Night Shift to lead the distribution center’s nightly operations. You’ll guide a frontline team, ensure safe, accurate, and efficient product flow, and partner with the Operations Manager to align resources with priorities.

You’ll monitor performance, coach staff, and drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and service while managing labor and costs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Ability to coach, train, and develop team members for performance.
• Comfort with night shift schedules and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily work direction for warehouse employees during the night shift.
• Plan and coordinate warehouse activities with the Operations Manager.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet safety, quality, productivity, and service goals.
• Interview, hire, onboard, and develop team members.
• Monitor workflow and adjust resources to meet business needs.
• Analyze data and conditions to drive timely decisions and improvements.
• Identify root causes of issues and implement practical solutions.
• Promote engagement, accountability, teamwork, and a positive culture.
• Support labor management, overtime, and operating expense control.
• Ensure compliance with policies and local regulations.
• Maintain equipment and housekeeping standards.
