Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires 5+ years of related experience in training or operations.
• Experience delivering training, coaching employees, mentoring peers, or acting as a subject matter expert within an operational environment.
• Experience using warehouse technology including RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or related operational systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate learning and provide constructive feedback.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, cross-training, and ongoing employee development programs across warehouse operations.
• Train and certify employees on warehouse processes and RF scanning technology per safety requirements.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Perform on-the-job observations and coaching focused on safety, quality, productivity, and SOP adherence.
• Collaborate with supervisors and operations leadership to align training with staffing needs and business goals.
