Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Chandler, USA, is seeking a Warehouse Operator Specialist, Team Lead for Shift 4 (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM Sun, Mon, Tue and alternating Sat). You will coordinate a designated team in receiving, picking, packing, shipping and inventory control, ensuring safe, accurate operations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1 year experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
2–3 years forklift experience.
Current or prior MHE certification.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of warehouse associates in daily operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
Assign and monitor work to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety compliance.
Load orders efficiently according to doors and trailers.
Research discrepancies in shipping/receiving processes.
Train new and existing associates on SOPs (shipping, receiving, picking, quality control).
Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and feedback to team members.
Assist with problem-solving and escalate issues as needed.
