Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in USA (Burbank) is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and quality control. Shift: Thu-Sat, 2:30am–3pm, with alternating Wednesdays. Requires forklift certification and 1 year in logistics.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience working in a logistics/distribution environment.
• Able to operate MHE.
• Forklift certification or training completed.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates on distribution activities.
• Train on SOPs including shipping, receiving, picking, and quality control.
• Assist in forklift operation and certification for staff.
• Oversee unloading inbound shipments and accuracy of staging outbound orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and process standards.
• Prepare activity reports for site management.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and ensure proper documentation.
