Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff, partner with senior leadership to close performance gaps, and implement continuous improvement plans. Foster teamwork, clear cross-shift communication, and efficient resource allocation to meet business demands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 3+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Foster a proactive safety culture that prioritizes the well-being of all employees and promotes a zero-injury work environment. Ensure compliance with safety standards, training programs, and operational procedures throughout the warehouse.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for warehouse team members through regular feedback, training, and hands‑on support. Partner with senior warehouse leadership to address performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Promote teamwork and operational efficiency by maintaining clear communication across shifts and ensuring resources are effectively allocated to meet business demands.
• Manage daily warehouse operations, overseeing employee productivity, engagement, and adherence to company standards while reinforcing a positive workplace culture.
