Job summary

CREATIVE INNOVATION INC is seeking a reliable Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor in Houston, TX to lead daily night operations and frontline staff. You will supervise inbound/outbound, inventory control, and ensure accurate receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counts.

The role emphasizes safety, productivity, and KPI monitoring with hands-on coaching and strong data-entry using WMS/ERP and Excel. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring US work authorization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
2+ years warehouse experience in inbound, outbound, or inventory control.
1+ year supervisory or frontline management experience preferred.
Experience with WMS/ERP/PDA or RF scanning systems preferred.
Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship may be considered.

Responsibilities

Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate daily inbound, outbound, or inventory control activities.
Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns, cycle counting, and inventory adjustments.
Plan daily staffing, assign tasks, and monitor team productivity, accuracy, and safety performance.
Monitor operational KPIs, including receiving accuracy, order fulfillment, on-time shipping, and inventory accuracy.
Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, shipping errors, damaged goods, and inventory variances.
Maintain accurate records and reports using WMS, ERP, scanning systems, Microsoft Excel, and other data-entry tools.
Train, coach, and support warehouse employees to improve productivity, accuracy, and safety compliance.
Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and proper product storage.
Work with supply chain, logistics, purchasing, inventory, and management teams to resolve operational issues.
Assist with SOP development, workflow improvements, and operational standards.
Perform other duties as assigned and maintain regular and reliable attendance.
