Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead Warehouse Supervisor for night shift (Mon-Fri 10:00pm–6:30am). You’ll oversee the warehouse team, ensure accurate inventory, assign tasks, train staff and maintain safety and 7S standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of warehouse experience, SAP experience, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners. You must be capable of lifting up to 50 lb, working in a fast-paced environment, and guiding a team to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; suggest performance improvements.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Interpret and enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
• Safely operate equipment and tools.
• Provide support and backup to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
• Catalog and track goods and/or supplies.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment.
• Work safely to protect team members.
