Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead for night shift to oversee warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory, and drive on-time order fulfillment. You will manage daily tasks, coach staff, and enforce safety and policy compliance within a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2 years of warehouse experience, SAP and WMS familiarity, and the ability to train and mentor team members while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Minimum 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and timely orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; suggest performance improvements.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and provide support to warehouse management.
• Track orders and identify problems; assist in problem resolution.
