Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring for a Night Shift Lead in Georgia to oversee a warehouse team from 10:00pm to 6:30am, Monday through Friday. You will drive order accuracy, inventory integrity and timely fulfillment while coaching staff and enforcing safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and timely orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to warehouse staff.
• Train and coach the team and provide development opportunities.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain required documents.
• Promote exceptional customer service and safety procedures.
• Enforce company policies and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and provide management support.
• Track orders and investigate issues.
• Maintain inventory by cataloging goods.
