• Uses daily huddles to communicate procedures and assignments.
• Coordinates work and ensures timely completion of tasks.
• Oversees inbound assignments and manages safety inspections.
• Reports policy violations and coaches staff as needed.
• Participates in hiring, promotions, and terminations recommendations.
• Maintains a clean, debris-free work area and safety compliance.
• Not a travel position; must live locally to the site.
