Job summary

FHI is seeking a Back-Up Lead in Cheshire, CT to supervise unloading operations and support production tasks. This role includes distributing unloading assignments to warehouse handlers, coordinating activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Adaptability and the ability to handle high-pressure situations are essential.
• Communicate effectively with other departments and customer service to meet customer demands.
• In a fast-paced environment, safely and efficiently unload tractor trailers delivering products to our distribution warehouses.
• Use a variety of forklifts to remove products from trailers.
• Break down pallets and restack cases onto new pallets.
• All other duties as assigned.
