Qualifications

• Leadership and team-management experience required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow directions.
• English proficiency in reading/writing/speaking.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates associates to safely and efficiently perform operations.
• Uses daily huddles to communicate procedures and assign work.
• Coordinates work assignments and ensures timely completion.
• Coaches associates and provides recommendations for performance improvement.
• Reports policy violations to management and supports safety initiatives.
