Job summary

Lineage in Delaware is seeking a warehouse supervisor to plan, assign, and direct daily tasks across a designated area. You will ensure safety, quality, and productivity while coordinating with Operations Leadership and warehouse staff, including forklift operations and inbound/outbound tasks.

The role requires at least 3 years in a warehouse or logistics environment, the ability to lift 40 lbs, and flexibility to work nights and weekends in a cold or dry storage setting.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with variable noise levels in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.
• Report defective or damaged products and follow up with corrective action.
• Manage activities including loading, unloading and forklift operation.
• Handle daily inspections of equipment and inbound/outbound shipments.
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service.
• Coach and provide feedback to warehouse associates.
