Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor to oversee store warehouse operations, direct warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators, and manage daily freight schedules to meet customer and inventory needs.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with other departments while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution.
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Able to work with other departments and maintain relationships.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong computer skills in Windows-based systems.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel daily to ensure proper staffing for shipping/receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Manage Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging.
• Maintain warehouse equipment with preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs.
• Ensure safe, efficient equipment use and compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Train associates on SOPs and enforce progressive discipline as needed.
• Handle general employee inquiries and coordinate with other departments.
• Produce activity reports for management and ensure timely data entry.
• Resolve discrepancies with shipping documents and receiver reports.
• Oversee accurate storage, counting, and inventory rotation.
