Drive Medical is seeking a capable Inventory Supervisor/Warehouse Manager to lead order planning, coordinate staff, and optimize processes. You will oversee the primary product lines—from canes to wheelchairs and in-home hospital beds—while driving top metrics in safety, quality, and service.

The role requires strong leadership, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and experience in warehouse management. The position works Monday–Friday with responsibilities for ensuring SOP compliance, staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 2 years of experience in Warehouse management is required.
• Knowledge/experience in SAP or equivalent ERP systems preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Lean/Six Sigma certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish a culture of continuous improvement across all levels.
• Manage workload for non-exempt employees.
• Develop and support warehouse best practices.
• Ensure correct shipment of all customer orders and train staff accordingly.
