Job summary

Drive Medical is seeking an Inventory Supervisor/Manager to lead the order planning and warehouse operations in Palmetto, GA. You will coordinate staff, set priorities, and drive continuous improvement across a team handling canes to wheelchairs and other durable medical goods.

The role requires 2 years in warehouse management, familiarity with SAP ERP, and a track record of mentoring staff. It offers a Monday-Friday night shift (11pm-7am) and growth opportunities in a global company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of warehouse management experience.
• 2 years in a role with occasional customer contact.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishing a culture of continuous improvement on all levels.
• Managing workload for non-exempt employees.
• Develop and support warehouse best practices.
• Ensure correct shipment of all customer orders; train staff to high standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within your team to handle varying workloads.
• Develop people through training, mentoring, and performance coaching.
• Maintain safety and SOP compliance and proper documentation.
