Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2-or-4-year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
• Powered Industrial Equipment Certification from Sysco within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work and safety of employees engaged in order selection, replenishment, and loading.
• Manages labor hours and consumable supplies within budget.
• Prepares work schedules including extra days and shifts as needed.
• Coordinates repairs with proper departments and ensures proper use of assets.
• Reviews night warehouse functions and productivity reports; suggests cost-saving improvements.
• Conducts shipping/loading audits and ensures proper documentation and safe handling.
• Monitors sanitation and facility integrity; trains new associates.
