Job summary

Sysco Grand Rapids, LLC is seeking an Outbound Warehouse Supervisor to oversee night warehouse operations, including order selection, replenishment, loading, and forklift activity. You will manage staffing, schedules, and budgets while enforcing safety standards and proper documentation.

Responsibilities include coaching the team, auditing shipments, and coordinating with cross-functional departments to maintain efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2-4 year college degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
• Power Industrial Equipment Certification within 3 months.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business materials; write reports and procedures.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to supervise and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervises night warehouse order selection, replenishment, loading and forklift operations.
• Manages labor hours and consumable supplies within budget.
• Prepares work schedules including extra shifts as needed.
• Audits shipping and loading; ensures HAACP and catch-weight documentation.
• Trains and cross-trains associates; maintains safety and morale.
