Job summary

Sysco is seeking a night warehouse supervisor responsible for overseeing order selection, replenishment, loading, and safety in the Denver distribution center. This role directs assigned staff and ensures efficient, compliant operations during the Sunday-Thursday shift.

The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of related experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and training while maintaining safety standards and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; college preferred.
• 2-4 year degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nightly warehouse operations (order selection, replenishment, loading).
• Manage labor hours and consumables within budget.
• Prepare schedules including extra shifts as needed.
• Ensure proper asset utilization and safety compliance.
• Coordinate repairs with departments and monitor productivity reports.
• Conduct audits of shipping and loading documentation (HAACP, food safety, catch-weight).
• Assist training of new associates and cross-training existing staff.
• Enforce policies and support disciplinary actions when required.
• Perform staff selection, development, and performance reviews.
