Job summary

HP Hood is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse team on a 5:00pm–5:30am rotating schedule. You will oversee inventory, safety, training, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time, accurate order fulfillment and efficient daily operations.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in a warehouse leadership role, SAP ERP experience, and strong coaching skills. High school diploma required; college degree preferred. On-site work with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ leadership experience in a warehouse or related area.
• High School Diploma; college degree preferred.
• Experience with SAP ERP is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for warehouse personnel; responsibilities include shift scheduling, motivation, training, conflict resolution, performance evaluations, and attendance monitoring.
• Oversee inventory management, shift start meetings, warehouse housekeeping, and resolution of shipping errors.
• Promote safety and GMP compliance; identify and mitigate risks; support accident investigations as needed.
• Coordinate with production, customer service, and distribution to fulfill external customer orders accurately and on time.
• Train and integrate new employees; ensure daily goals and schedules are met.
