Job summary

Vistar seeks a Warehouse Supervisor in Wisconsin to oversee receiving, order pulling, and loading for next-day delivery. You will lead staff, ensure accurate paperwork, and maintain FIFO stock rotation while driving safety and productivity using the warehouse management system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of warehouse or related experience.
• Associates degree preferred in business management, logistics or related area.
• OSHA forklift operator certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises administrative staff including hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluating performance.
• Ensures timely, accurate order pulling and proper stop sequence on trucks; completes paperwork.
• Maintains proper stock rotation using FIFO procedures and checks stock levels.
• Promotes service quality; ensures team understands individual roles to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager.
• Utilizes WMS and other technologies to maximize productivity and analyze performance.
