Job summary

Certco, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the night shift Receiving team at the Verona Road Distribution Center in Madison, WI.

You will lead 3rd shift Receiving, develop a high-performing team, and drive safety, accuracy, and efficiency across daily inbound operations. Responsibilities include coaching, coordinating inbound freight, maintaining inventory accuracy, and partnering with Warehouse Management to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven warehouse leadership and supervision experience.
• Experience in receiving, distribution, logistics, or grocery warehouse environments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of making decisions in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with computers; WMS familiarity is a plus.
• Forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all warehouse functions to maintain high productivity.
• Mentor team members through on-the-job training and coaching.
• Oversee training and evaluation of equipment operators.
• Ensure employee safety and enforce safety programs.
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary steps when needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries and ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
• Communicate production details to leadership to ensure flow.
• Perform related duties as assigned by the Director of Warehousing.
• Attend work regularly and comply with attendance policy.
