Job summary

NFI in Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse activities, supervise personnel, and drive daily production goals. The role emphasizes scheduling, safety, and efficient use of equipment across inbound and outbound shipments.

Key duties include staff allocation, pre-shift meetings, performance coaching, timekeeping, and collaboration with management to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 1–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment.
• OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT knowledge or willingness to become certified.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, may be required in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements shipping and receiving work schedules to meet goals.
• Provides direct supervision to warehouse personnel and matches skills to tasks.
• Supervises inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensures equipment is used efficiently and coordinates maintenance with management.
• Reviews daily objectives and labor needs to meet building goals.
• Prepares daily end-of-shift reports and shares performance insights.
• Coaches and develops personnel; conducts hourly performance reviews.
• Maintains timekeeping records and supports safety programs.
