Key duties include scheduling, coaching, audits, and collaboration with HR and cross-functional teams. A high school diploma is preferred, with prior warehouse leadership and ERP experience (SAP or Manhattan) as assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 2-3 years related warehouse leadership experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
• Experience leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage a team of 25 warehouse associates to achieve timely distribution and receipt of products and motivate employees to ensure productivity and quality standards.
• Monitor productivity standards and hold staff accountable to metrics; provide timely feedback.
• Lead scheduling and staffing to ensure safe, cost-efficient operations.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs; oversee safety and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts (Gemba, Kaizen, takt boards).
• Develop staff through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Prepare ad hoc reports using Excel and other tools.
