Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to lead Package Handlers, training and guiding workgroups to uphold safety, productivity and attendance standards. The role focuses on maintaining high levels of accuracy, customer service, and teamwork across the department while driving continual improvement.

The position requires strong communication, the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse, and a Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent. Management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred: Management experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and trains workgroups on safety, productivity and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication and inter-departmental cooperation.
• Implement personal development plans for department personnel to ensure growth.
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
