Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Ability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train, develop, and hold workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Ensure employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establish a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and cooperation.
• Implement employee development plans for ongoing growth.
• Provide orientation, skills and safety training, and regular evaluations.
