Job summary

UPS is hiring a shift supervisor to oversee package handlers, train and develop workgroups, and uphold safety, production and attendance standards. The role demands leadership to achieve accuracy, customer service, organization and teamwork within a fast-moving warehouse.

The candidate will establish and maintain high performance standards, promote proactive communication and continuous improvement, and ensure all personnel are oriented and trained for safety and success in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred

• Supervises package handlers and ensures safety, production, and attendance.
• Develops employees with personal development plans and regular evaluations.
