Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support accurate receiving, stowing, picking, packing and shipping of shipments. It is a full-time role with a fixed night shift from 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM.

The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and quality, with the opportunity to grow through hands-on training, cross-training across zones, and an employee-owned culture highlighted by ESOP participation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, day shifts, and overnight schedules.
• Experience in food distribution or warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience operating powered warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers).

Responsibilities

• Maintain attendance in accordance with company policies.
• Uphold safe work practices in the warehouse.
• Safeguard confidential company information.
• Match product descriptions with label descriptions accurately.
• Build pallets within the warehouse to meet customer guidelines.
• Maintain production standards while minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency.
• Take on other warehouse duties and special projects as requested.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
