Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Hyannis, MA is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor to direct and oversee the warehouse operations for store locations overnight.

You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators, and manage the daily freight schedule to meet customer and inventory needs. The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or DC, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet established deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and maintenance.
• Manage Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and staging of products.
• Maintain warehouse equipment with preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs.
• Ensure safe, clean workplace and adherence to OSHA regulations.
• Train associates on SOPs and monitor adherence; handle progressive disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve warehouse efficiency.
• Complete activity reports for management and monitor paperwork flow from Receiving to Inventory Control.
• Oversee Storage Buy Audit COP and product staging; ensure proper inventory rotation and storage.
