Job summary

fairlife, LLC is a Chicago-based nutrition company with a Webster, NY facility. The Warehouse Operator role covers loading/unloading, paperwork, and daily tasks to keep the site safe, clean, and efficient.

You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and work a 12-hour night shift (6:00 PM–6:00 AM) on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, with some weekends. Requires RF scanners, GMPs, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with handheld RF Scanner.
• Experience with powered industrial equipment.
• Basic Computer/data entry skills (WMS experience a plus).
• Basic knowledge of GMPs.
• Ability to learn warehouse automation.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work different shifts including off shifts.
• Ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to food safety and quality standards and promote the Believe in Better culture.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of the warehouse fleet and other equipment.
• Accurate receipt confirmations, data entry of receipts, and shipping documentation.
• Comply with warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements and advise management on actions.
• Be Audit Ready: clean floors, drains, cooler, and posts as needed.
• Coordinate outbound and inbound material flow to support inventory levels.
• Inform other departments of changes or discrepancies.
• Take inventory of consumables daily to ensure sufficient quantities.
• Participate in cycle count program.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
