Job summary

fairlife, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Operator for the night shift in Phoenix. The role follows a rotating 2-2-3 schedule (two days on, two off, three on, then two off, two on, three off) with every other weekend, from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

You will load/unload trailers, manage paperwork, and keep the warehouse clean and organized. Key duties include confirming receipts, data entry, shipping documents, inventory checks, forklift inspections, and safety adherence.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Experience with warehouse systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurate receipt confirmations from suppliers and data entry of receipts.
• Prepare shipping documentation and organize files for manifests and BOLs.
• Monitor cooler inventory levels and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Complete forklift inspections and keep work areas sanitary.
• Inform other departments of inventory changes or discrepancies.
• Check docks and overhead doors for proper operation and safety.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain daily consumables inventory to ensure supply.
• Follow all safety rules and perform other duties as assigned.
• Participate in cycle count program.
