Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field, or 1–5 years supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements shipping/receiving work schedules to meet goals.
• Supervises warehouse personnel and matches skills to work required.
• Directs inbound/outbound shipments and ensures timeliness and accuracy.
• Ensures equipment is used efficiently and coordinates maintenance.
• Reviews daily objectives and determines productivity requirements.
• Balances labor with leaders to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Drafts and submits daily end-of-shift reports.
• Recommends operational initiatives and works on improvement programs.
• Leads pre-shift meetings and coaches personnel for effectiveness.
• Develops onboarding and training programs for new hires.
• Maintains HR practices and handles employee relations with management/HR.
• Provides feedback and conducts hourly performance reviews.
• Maintains accurate timekeeping records and stays current on tools and systems.
• Travel to other warehouses and participate in department/company meetings as needed.
• Supports safety programs and OSHA compliance to maintain a safe workplace.
