Job summary

NFI is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities and supervise personnel to meet daily production goals. The role requires directing shipping/receiving schedules and ensuring efficient use of equipment for timely shipments.

The position supports a Monday–Friday evening shift (3pm–11:30pm) with a focus on staff development, safety, and adherence to company policies. Collaboration with leadership to improve operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field; 1–5 years supervisory experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develops shipping and receiving work schedules and assignments to meet goals.
• Supervises warehouse personnel to match skills to work requirements.
• Oversees inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensures efficient use of equipment and coordinates maintenance.
• Reviews daily objectives and productivity to meet building goals.
