CEVA Logistics in Edwardsville, IL is seeking an Operations Supervisor for a Tuesday–Friday night shift (6:00pm–4:00am). The role leads warehouse activities, directs resources, and ensures safety, quality, and KPI performance across operations.

You will supervise staff, coordinate daily/weekly/monthly tasks, prepare reports, maintain 5S standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives while delivering strong customer service in a high-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Leadership experience in warehouse/supply chain settings.
• Experience with quality management and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise at least two full-time direct reports and manage performance.
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse activities.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports.
• Ensure schedules are followed and tasks completed.
• Manage vacation/time-off planning to meet customer needs.
• Lead safety practices and 5S initiatives.
• Mentor teammates and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate handoffs and communicate with teams.
